An enjoyable stay in a great location.
Positive: Comfortable bed. Washing machine & Dryer a bonus
Negative: Could hear other guests walking around upstairs apartment due to floorboards. Needs more soundproofing to prevent this.

Pleasant Stay Near Acadia
Positive: The location was great for our needs. We were a short drive to Acadia and walking distance to most activities in downtown Bar Harbor. The accommodations were appointed with everything needed for a long weekend stay.
Negative: You can hear footsteps from the upstairs unit. Not a problem if everyone is on the same schedule (morning routine).

Cozy Cottage...great location!
Positive: Location could not be beat. It was a short walk to everything.
Negative: The screen door to the back patio seem to be stuck closed. I could not find where it was sticking and did not want to break it by forcing it open.
